Tapio Mäkelä

Tapio Mäkelä Valfrid ( born October 12, 1926 in Nastola ) is a former Finnish cross-country skiers.

At the Olympic Winter Games in 1952 he won the gold medal with the Finnish relay and over 18 km, the silver medal. Two years later at the 1954 World Cup, he became world champion in the relay.
