R. Hill, Stanier & Company was a British manufacturer of cyclecars, who was based in Newcastle upon Tyne.

There a Cyclecar called Hill & Stanier was built only in 1914, which had an air-cooled V-2 engine with 6 hp ( 4.4 kW ). The engine power was transferred with belt to an intermediate shaft which was connected by chains to the rear wheels.
