Honduras at the Olympics

Honduras, the NOK, the Comité Olímpico Hondureño was founded in 1956 and recognized in the same year by the IOC since 1968 takes part in the Olympic Summer Games. 1972 was dispensed with participation, 1980, made it to the boycott of the Games of Moscow. In 1992, the only time so far has been participated in Winter Games.

A total of 114 participants were sent, of which 18 are women. Medals have not yet been won.

The youngest member of the team in 1988 was the swimmer Ana Fortin, who went to the start at the age of 16 years. The marathon runner Gina Coello was in 2000 with 37 years, the oldest participant.
