Armenia at the Olympics

The NOC of Armenia, the National Olympic Committee of Armenia, was founded in 1990 and recognized in 1993 by the IOC. Since 1994, Armenia takes part in all summer and winter games. Armenian athletes stood before the collapse of the Soviet Union from 1952 to 1988 for the Soviet Olympic team at. 1992 were included in the team of the CIS Armenian athletes.

A total of 118 participants, including 20 women, seconded. Armenian athletes won a total of 12 medals in the Summer Games.

The wrestler arms Nasarjan is Armenia's first medal winner and Olympic champion.
