Ryan Gardner ( born April 18, 1978 in Akron, Ontario ) is a Swiss- Canadian professional ice hockey player who is under contract with SC Bern of the National League A since 2010.

Career

Since his father Dave Gardner played in the 1980s in Switzerland at the HC Ambri -Piotta and EHC Visp, he triggered the first player's license for his son Ryan in Switzerland. This began his career as a hockey player in the Ontario Hockey League, where he was active for the London Knights and the North Bay Centennials one game time 1995-1997.

Then the attacker moved to HC Ambri -Piotta from the Swiss National League A, with which he in 1998 and 1999 IIHF Continental Cup won, and in 1999 the Swiss vice champion.
