Saint Lucia at the Olympics

St. Lucia, the NOK, the St. Lucia Olympic Committee, was established in 1987, since 1996 takes part in the Olympic Summer Games. At the Winter Games athletes were not previously sent.

A total of 17 participants were sent, including eight women. Medals were not able to win the Sportsman of the Caribbean island so far.

The youngest participant in 2004 was the swimmer Natasha Sara Georgeos, which started at the age of 17 years, over 100 meters butterfly and failed in the flow. The oldest athlete in 1996 was the sailor Michael Green, who started in the Finn dinghy at the age of 42 years. Green took part in 1988 as a sailor, then he started for Barbados.
