Seminole Manor is a census -designated place (CDP ) in Palm Beach County in the U.S. state of Florida with 2,621 inhabitants ( 2010).

Geography

In the immediate vicinity are the cities of Atlantis, Lake Worth and Lantana. The CDP is located approximately 10 km south of West Palm Beach. The nearest airports are Palm Beach County Park Airport (national, 1 km away) and the Palm Beach International Airport (10 km).

Demographics

According to the 2010 census, the then 2,621 inhabitants distributed in 930 households. The population density was 2382.7 inh. / Km ². 61.8 % of the population were white, 22.0% African American, 2.2% Native American and 1.0 % Asian Americans. 10.2% were members of other ethnic groups and 2.8% in different ethnic groups. 39.9 % of the population were Hispanic or Latino.

In 2010, children under the age of 18 and 27.6 % of all households lived in 42.9 % of all households with persons at least 65 years. 73.3 % of households were family households (consisting of married couples with or without offspring or a parent with offspring ). The average size of a household was 3.16 persons and the average family size is 3.59 people.

33.4 % of the population were younger than 20 years, 25.0 % were 20-39 years old, 25.0 % were 40-59 years old and 16.6 % were at least 60 years old. The median age was 34 years. 48.4 % of the population were male and 51.6 % female.

The average annual income was $ 44,406, while 29.0 % of the population lived below the poverty line.

In 2000, English was the mother tongue of 69.21 % of the population spoke Spanish 21.02 % and 9.77 % spoke Haitian.
