According to the 2010 census, the then 3,176 inhabitants distributed to 2,136 households. The population density was 882.2 inh. / Km ². 96.4 % of the population were white, 0.8 % African American, 0.1% Native American and 1.6% Asian Americans. 0.2 % were members of other ethnic groups and 0.8 % of various ethnicities. 3.8% of the population were Hispanic or Latino.

In 2010, children under the age of 18 and 59.1 % of all households lived in 6.7 % of all households with persons at least 65 years. 49.3 % of households were family households (consisting of married couples with or without offspring or a parent with offspring ). The average size of a household was 1.69 persons and the average family size was 2.24 persons.

6.6% of the population were younger than 20 years, 11.2% were 20-39 years old, 22.8 % were 40-59 years old and 59.2 % were at least 60 years old. The median age was 64 years. 46.4 % of the population were male and 53.6 % female.

The average annual income was $ 48,516, while 4.6% of the population lived below the poverty line.

In 2000, English was the mother tongue of 96.34 % of the population spoke French 2.01% and 1.65 % had a different mother tongue.

The crime rate in 2010 was 129 points ( U.S. average: 266 points ) in the low range. There was a robbery, two injuries, 13 burglaries, 70 thefts and six car thefts.
