Tofiq Bahramov

Tofiq Bəhramov, alternative spelling Azerbaijani Tofiq Bährämov; Russian Тофик Бахрамов; Tofik Bachramow, (* 1926 in Baku, † before March 31, 1993 ) was a Soviet football referees and functionary of Azerbaijani origin.

Career

Bəhramov was first player, but was injured and had to give up the active game. He was then referee and 1964 FIFA referee. Later he became General Secretary of the Football Federation of Azerbaijan. He died in March 1993 at the age of 66 years in Azerbaijan.

Wembley goal
