Hermann Wilker

Hermann Wilker ( born July 24, 1874 in Flomersheim, † December 28, 1941 ) was a German rower of the Ludwigshafen Rowing Club and Olympic champion.

Life

Hermann Wilker came as one of two sons in Flomersheim in Frankenthal (Pfalz ) to the world, his parents were working there as a teacher. After the early death of his parents epidemic in 1881 he came to relatives in Gönnheim, his brother in the southern Palatinate region. International success
