Johnny Bucyk

John Paul " Chief" Bucyk ( born May 12, 1935 in Edmonton, Alberta ) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey player who played from 1955 to 1978 for the Detroit Red Wings and Boston Bruins in the National Hockey League.

Career

Bucyk grew up under poor conditions at Edmonton. Since he only started 13 years ago with the skating, he runs his teammates were driven superior, but the young athletic Johnny picked out by his enormously strong will from the crowd.
