1966–67 NHL season
The NHL season 1966/67, was the 50th season in the National Hockey League. Six teams each played 70 games. The Stanley Cup won by the Toronto Maple Leafs after a 4-2 victory in the final series against the Montreal Canadiens and were with an age average of 31.4 years, the oldest Cup winner. The last year of the " Original Six " era was also the first year of Bobby Orr. As the first offensive defender, he revolutionized the game.
