Pantelhó is a municipality in the central north of the Mexican state of Chiapas. The municipality is located in the Sierra Madre de Chiapas.

The municipality has about 20,000 inhabitants and an area of 193.2 km ². Administrative seat and largest town of the Municipalities is the same Pantelhó; second largest town in the municipality of Esquipulas is Aurora.

The municipality borders the Municipalities Pantelhó Simojovel, Yajalón, Chilón Sitala, San Juan Cancuc, Chenalhó and Chalchihuitán.
