Roman Catholic Diocese of Agats

The diocese Agats (Latin: Dioecesis Agatsensis ) is a location in Indonesia Roman Catholic diocese based in Agats.

History

Pope Paul VI. founded the bishopric Agats on 29 May 1969 cession of territory of the Archdiocese of Merauke, where it was assumed as a suffragan.
