The diocese Larantuka (Latin: Dioecesis Larantukanus ) is a location in Indonesia Roman Catholic diocese based in Larantuka.

History

The diocese Larantuka was on March 8, 1951 by Pope Pius XII. cessions of territory from the Apostolic Vicariate Lesser Sunda Islands established as Apostolic Vicariate Larantuka. The Apostolic Vicariate of Larantuka was born on January 3, 1961 by Pope John XXIII. charged with the Apostolic Constitution Quod Christ to the diocese and the Archdiocese placed under the end of a suffragan.
