Savoillan
Savoillan is a commune with 90 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Vaucluse and the Provence- Alpes- Côte d' Azur.
Geography
Savoillan located in the northeast of the department of Vaucluse, right on the border of the Drôme département. Surrounding municipalities are Aurel and Brantes in Vaucluse and Drôme in Reilhanette. Nearest large city is located 30 km southwest of Carpentras.
Savoillan is on the north side of Mont Ventoux. Through the municipal area of the Toulourenc, which rises north of the Montagne du Buc in 1242 m altitude flows. The height of the municipality ranges from 494 meters in the valley of Toulourenc up to 1389 meters in the extreme southwest.
Traffic
On an east-west axis, the route Departmental D40 of Reilhanette Coming runs in the direction Mollans -sur -Ouvèze. Just north of the community center branches off the D41 and goes towards Brantes and Buis- les- Baronnies.
