Tolochenaz

Tolochenaz is a municipality in the district of Morges in the canton of Vaud in Switzerland.

Geography

Tolochenaz is located on 423 m above sea level. M., 2 km west of the district capital Morges ( straight line ). The village is located on a plateau in the Vaud Mittelland, a scenic location about 50 m above the lake level of Lake Geneva.

The area of ​​1.6 km ² municipal area includes a section on the north shore of Lake Geneva. Economy

With the conquest of Vaud by Bern in 1536 Tolochenaz came under the administration of the bailiwick of Morges.
