Momerstroff
Momerstroff ( German: Momersdorf ) is a commune with 291 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Moselle in the Lorraine region.
Location
The community is located between Creutzwald and Metz.
History
Even in Gallo-Roman times, there were settlements here. Momerstroff was first mentioned in 1300 as Momerstorff. Other names were Mommestorf ( 1429) and Momersdorf.
