2011 US Open – Men's Doubles

Men's doubles of the U.S. Open 2011.

Defending champions were Bob and Mike Bryan, but these already dropped in the first round. Finally, the brothers had failed at the Australian Open 2001 in the first round of a Grand Slam tournament.

In this year's final Jurgen Melzer and Philipp Petzschner Mariusz Fyrstenberg and Marcin met Matkowski. For the Poles Fyrstenberg and Matkowski it was the first final at a Grand Slam tournament. Finally, clear documents in two sets against Melzer and Petzschner. This thus secured the second joint Grand Slam doubles title after Wimbledon 2010.
