Austria at the 2004 Summer Olympics
The Austrian Olympic Committee (ÖOC ) has nominated the team for the 2004 Summer Olympic Games in Athens on 20 July 2004. They were sworn in on August 3 by Federal President Heinz Fischer. In the vow formula for the first time the doping freedom was contained. The team consists of 74 members (20 athletes and 54 athletes):

In addition to the team competitions the following replacements have been nominated:
- Uwe Daxböck (rowing / quad)
- Andrea Graus, Harald Morscher and Peter Wrolich ( cycling / road )
