H.R.G. was a British manufacturer of automobiles.
Company History
The company H.R.G. Engineering Company Limited started in 1936 in Tolworth with the production of automobiles. HRG stands for the initials of the three founders EA Halford, Guy Robins and Henry Ronald Godfrey.
1956 production to 241 copies produced was adjusted.
Rolling stock
The first model 1 ½ Litre was produced from 1935 to 1939. It emerged 26 specimens that were equipped with a four-cylinder engine of 1497 cm ³ Meadows displacement. From the Model 1100 with an engine of 1074 cc capacity with Singer 1936-1950 49 copies were made . For the models 1500 and Aerodynamic an engine of Singer with 1496 cc was used. It originated 1939-1956 111 copies from the 1100 and 1946-1949 35 copies of Aerodynamic. In addition, there were 1955 to 1956, four copies of the Twin Cam, with a HRG developed on the basis of the engine by Singer with 1496 cc Twin Cam engine were equipped.
