Saint-Pierre-Bois
Saint -Pierre- Bois (German Sankt Peter Wood ) is a commune with 739 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Bas- Rhin in the Alsace region. It belongs to the district Sélestat - Erstein, for Canton Villé and is a member of the Association of Municipalities Canton de Villé.
Geography
The municipality of Saint -Pierre- Bois is located in the Vosges Mountains, about ten kilometers north-west of Sélestat. In the south of the municipality dates back to the Giessental.
The municipality includes the villages and hamlets Hohwarth, Hunschwiller and Hutten.
Neighboring communities of Saint -Pierre- Bois are Reichfeld and Blienschwiller in the northeast, Dambach- la -Ville in the east, Scherwiller the southwest, Châtenois ( point of contact ) to the south, Neubois and Thanvillé the southwest, Saint- Maurice and Triembach -au -Val in the West and Albe in the northwest.
