Albania at the 1996 Summer Olympics

Albania took at the 1996 Summer Olympics for the sixth time in the Olympic Summer Games in part. The team consisted of seven athletes, including three men and four were women. They took part in seven competitions in five sports. The youngest participant was the athlete Mirela Maniani - Tzelili with 19 years and 218 days, the oldest was the shooter Djana Mata with 35 years and 348 days. The Albanian flag was worn during the opening ceremony on 19 July 1996 by Mirela Maniani - Tzelili in the stadium.
