British Virgin Islands at the 1996 Summer Olympics

The British Virgin Islands participated in the Olympic Games at the 1996 Summer Olympics for the fourth time. The team consisted of seven athletes who were all men. They started in five competitions in two sports. The youngest participant was the athlete Steve Augustine with 19 years and 145 days, the oldest was Willis Todman, who also competed in athletics, with 30 years and 201 days. The flag of the British Virgin Islands was worn during the opening ceremony on 19 July 1996 by the athletes Keita Cline, who in turn was the standard bearer four years later, in the Olympic Stadium.
