Bangladesh at the 1996 Summer Olympics

Bangladesh participated at the 1996 Summer Olympics for the fourth time in the Olympic Summer Games in part. The team consisted of four athletes, three men and one woman. They started in four competitions in three sports. The youngest participant was the athlete Nilufar Yasmin with 21 years and 32 days, the oldest was the shooter Saiful Alam with 27 years and 268 days. The flag of Bangladesh was worn during the opening ceremony on July 19, 1996 by Saiful Alam in the Olympic Stadium.
