Fiji at the 1996 Summer Olympics

Fiji adopted at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta for the ninth time in the Olympic Summer Games in part. The team consisted of 17 athletes, of which 14 men and three were women. The youngest participant was a swimmer Caroline Pickering 16 years and 81 days, the oldest was the sailor Geoffrey Taylor with 46 years and 92 days. During the opening ceremony on 19 July 1996, the Athlete Jone Delai carried the Flag of Fiji in the Olympic Stadium.
