Belize at the 1996 Summer Olympics

Belize participated in the 1996 Olympic Games for the seventh time in the Olympic Summer Games in part. The team consisted of five athletes, two of which were men and three were women. They started in five competitions in two sports. The youngest participant was the Athlete Kawan Lovelace with 20 years and 28 days, the oldest was Eugène Muslar, who also competed in athletics, with 37 years and 130 days. The flag of Belize was worn at the opening ceremony on 19 July 1996 by Eugène Muslar in the Olympic Stadium.
