Belize at the Olympics

Belize, the NOK, the Belize Olympic and Commonwealth Games Association, was founded in 1967, has been increasing since 1968, in part, except for the boycotted games of 1980 on all Summer Games. At the Winter Games athletes were not previously sent from the Central American country. 1968 and 1972 started Belize under the name British Honduras.

A total of 49 participants were sent, including six women. Medals have not yet been won.

In 1984, with the 18- year-old cyclist Warren Coye the youngest athletes Belize's part. The oldest participant was in 1976 with 70 years of sports shooter Owen Phillips.
