Comoros at the Olympics

The Comoros, the NOK, the Comité Olympique et Sportif des Iles Comores, was founded in 1979, took part in the first 1996 Summer Olympics. At the Winter Games so far no athlete was sent

A total of 12 participants were sent, including five women. Medals could not win athletes of the island nation to date.

The youngest participant was 1996, the Athlete Hadhari Jaffar, which took over 200 meters at the age of 17 years and failed in the flow. The oldest participant was in 2004 the weightlifting Chaehoi Fatihou, who began at the age of 33 years at light heavyweight, but retired without scoring.
