Solomon Islands at the Olympics

The Solomon Islands, the NOK, the National Olympic Committee of Solomon Islands, was established in 1983, since 1984, participates in the Olympic Summer Games. On winter games so far participated in no athlete of the Solomon Islands.

A total of 18 participants were sent, including five women. Medals could not win the athletes of the Pacific Islands before.

2000 began with the 17 -year-old sprinter Jenny Keni the youngest athlete in part of the Solomon Islands. The oldest participant was 32 years in 2012 with Chris Meke Walasi also sprinters.
