Barbados at the 1996 Summer Olympics

Barbados took at the 1996 Olympic Games for the seventh time in the Olympic Summer Games in part. The team consisted of 13 athletes, of which eleven men and two were women. They started in 21 contests in seven sports. The youngest participant was the swimmer Nicky Neckles 17 years and 242 days, the oldest was the sailor Rodney Reader with 35 years and 30 days. Flag of Barbados was worn during the opening ceremony on 19 July 1996 by the athletes Obadele Thompson in the Olympic Stadium.
