Bosnia and Herzegovina at the 1996 Summer Olympics

Bosnia and Herzegovina participated in the 1996 Olympic Games for the second time in the Olympic Summer Games in part. The team consisted of nine athletes, of which seven men and two were women. They appeared in twelve contests in seven sports. The youngest participant was a swimmer, Dijana Kvesić with 19 years and 196 days, the oldest was the Athlete Islam Dugum aged 36 years and 65 days. The flag of Bosnia and Herzegovina was worn during the opening ceremony on 19 July 1996 by Islam Dugum in the Olympic Stadium.
