Alzing ( German: Alzingen ) is a commune with 431 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Moselle in the Lorraine region.
Geography
The place is located in the north of Lorraine, two kilometers south-east of Bouzonville and seven kilometers from the German - French border (Saarland) away.
History
Mounds testify to settlements in the Roman period to 1286 the place Alezenges de Leiz Bazon Ville was called. Other names were Anselnigen (1594 ) and Altzing (17th century).
