Beijing Benz Automotive Co Ltd. ( BBAC, Chinese北京 奔驰 汽车 有限公司) is the result of a company's development 30 -year joint venture company, which was by American Motors (AMC ) and Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Corporation founded in 1983. The original joint venture company called Beijing Jeep Corporation, with American Motors was acquired by Chrysler in 1987. With the takeover of Chrysler by Daimler -Benz, the joint venture company was Daimler Chrysler in Beijing- Benz in December 2004 Automotive Co.
