Bussy-lès-Daours

Bussy- lès- Daours ( Picard: Firmwareupdates -lès- Dour ) is a northern French village with 341 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) by the Somme in the Picardie region. The municipality is located in the arrondissement of Amiens, in the canton of Corbie and is part of the Communauté de communes du Val de Somme.

Geography

Bussy is located on the right bank of the Hallue at the confluence of Hallue 9 km east of Amiens and 7.5 km to the west of Corbie. The municipality is bounded on the south by the road department D1.

History

In Bussy the remains of a Gallo - Roman villa have been found. The place was a basic rule; The castle was built in the 19th century.
