The Droga Krajowa 5 (short DK5, pol. For, National Road 5 'or' country road 5 ') is a country road in Poland. It is currently conducting Nowe Marzy at Grudziądz to the Czech border at Lubawka and provides a north-south axis in the Polish road and consists of a branch line of the national road 1
The total length is 422.3 km. Meanwhile, she has been replaced in some parts by the highway S5. After the completion of the expressway S5, the main road between Grudziądz and Wroclaw will disappear from the road network.
History
The reform of the numbering of all state roads today's route of the main road was finalized on May 9, 2001. Already in the 1990s the circumvention of Świecie was built and posted as a motorway S5. Traffic Safety
