Ranspach -le- Bas ( German low - Ranspach, alsatian Neederraischbe ) is a commune with 681 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Haut-Rhin in the Alsace region. It belongs to the district Mulhouse, on the Canton Huningue and founded the 1996 Association of Municipalities Porte du Sundgau.
