All England Open Badminton Championships

As the All England International Championships of England are referred to in badminton. They are the oldest regularly discharged badminton tournament at all and were up to the introduction of the badminton world championship in 1977 as an unofficial single WC. The All England emerged from the Guildford Open.

Venues

The tournament has been held at eight different venues. Current venue is the National Indoor Arena in Birmingham since 1994.
