The African Athletics Area Records are the best performances by athletes of African continental federation Confédération Africaine d' Athlétisme, which were set up in the disciplines of athletics. Only those disciplines were recorded, in which the Continental Association officially carries a record. Ratification of these bests been made in accordance with the regulations of the continental federation.
