Ringberg (Danish: Ringsbjerg ) is a municipality in the district of Schleswig -Flensburg, in Schleswig- Holstein. Within the area adjacent to the main town Ringberg the villages Ranmark and Süderholz (Danish Sønderskov ).


The municipality is accredited resort.


Before the North Road ( Federal Road 199) was built in 1955, was in Ringberg a mountain from which the town takes its name. The name portion of the ring is not clearly determinable, may he goes back to an ancient treasure or a ring-shaped stone setting.
