Saustrup

Saustrup (Danish: Savstrup ) is a municipality in the district of Schleswig -Flensburg, in Schleswig- Holstein.

History

In the Middle Ages, some fortified farmsteads were in present-day municipality, for instance, was mentioned in 1400 Timmer Holm. Even today, there is the Good Flarupgaard in Saustrup.

Policy

Of the nine seats in the municipal council voters Community FWG has since the local elections in 2013 five seats and voters Community KWS four.

Economy

The community is predominantly agricultural.
