1975–76 Soviet League season
The 1975/76 season the Wysschaja League was the 30th season of the highest Soviet Hockey League. The Soviet league title secured for the fourth time Spartak Moscow, while Sibir Novosibirsk relegation to the second division.
Mode
The ten teams in the league played Wysschaja in a common main round four times against any opponent, bringing the total number of matches per team was 36. The point- best team became champion, while the table last descent directly to the second division. The Penultimate Wysschaja the League met in the relegation to the Second of the second division. For a win, each team was given two points, a draw there was a point and a defeat.
