Charlotte Perrelli

Charlotte Perrelli ( born October 7, 1974 in Hovmantorp, community Lessebo as Anna Jenny Charlotte Nilsson ) is a Swedish pop and Dansbandsängerin.

Biography

Perrelli, which occurred earlier under her birth name Nilsson, had already sung for years in dance music band Wizex until she succeeded in 1999 to win the Euro Vision Song Contest with the title Take Me to Your Heaven. Subsequently, she left the band to start a solo career.

Perrelli is married to restaurateur Nicola Ingrosso. Because of disputes within the family, the couple adopted the family name Perrelli. Perrelli brought 2004 to a son. Even after that she was still in show business and as a television presenter working.

Perrelli took part in 2008 with the title Hero of the Swedish preliminary decision to Euro Vision Song Contest and managed in the fourth preliminary round to jump directly to the final at Globen in Stockholm.
