Claude Criquielion
Claude Criquielion ( born January 11, 1957 in Lessines ) is a former Belgian cyclist. He began his professional career in 1979 and finished it in 1991 after a total of 57 victories.
His greatest achievement was winning the road race at the World Championships in Barcelona 1984.
For the 2000 season, he took over the post of sports director at Team Lotto, where he remained until the end of the 2004 season. Since 2005 he has been Athletic Director at the Belgian team Landbouwkrediet - Colnago. Also his son Mathieu is employed as a professional cyclist since the 2005 season.
