Mönkloh
Mönkloh is a municipality in the district of Segeberg in Schleswig-Holstein. It is the westernmost municipality of the district, bordering the districts of Pinneberg and Steinburg.
Geography and transport
Mönkloh is about 7 km southwest of Bad Bramstedt in a rural environment. To the north runs the federal highway 206 from Bad Bramstedt to Itzehoe, east of the highway 4 from Hamburg to Bad Bramstedt.
In the very wooded village are covered with coniferous forest, which is also a recreational destination of importance. Some old trees have been designated as natural monuments.

Of the nine seats in the municipal council voters Community WGM has since the municipal election 2008, five seats and the SPD four.
