Schmalensee
Schmalensee is a municipality in the district of Segeberg in Schleswig-Holstein.
Geography and transport
The municipality is situated on the same, but to the community Bornhöved belonging Schmalensee about 21 km east from Neumünster in a rural and lakeside environment. To the west runs the federal motorway 21 of Bargteheide to Kiel, the federal highway 430 from Neumünster to Plön runs through the municipality.
Schmalensee is recognized tourist.
