Casal di Principe
Casal di Principe is a city with 20.946 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) in the province of Caserta, Campania region in southern Italy.
Camorra
Nationwide awareness has received mainly by its connection to the criminal organization Camorra the place. At Christmas 1991 he was in all the churches of Casal di Principe and around the document written by him "Per amore del mio popolo non tacerò " ( For the love of my people I will not mention ) to distribute. In it, he expressed his displeasure in no uncertain terms about the lawless situation in Casal di Principe. Don Peppino Diana was murdered on March 19, 1994, his name by the Camorra in the sacristy of his church in Casal di Principe.
