Eschbourg
Eschbourg ( German Esch Castle ) is a commune with 501 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Bas- Rhin in the Alsace region. It belongs to the district Saverne, in the canton of La Petite- Pierre and community association Pays de La Petite- Pierre.
Geography
The community Eschbourg lies in the northern Vosges and is part of the biosphere reserve Palatinate Forest -Vosges du Nord.
Neighboring communities are La Petite Pierre in the North East, Neuwiller- lès -Saverne in the east, Eckartswiller to the southeast, and Vilsberg Pfalzweyer in the southwest and Schœnbourg and Lohr in the northwest.
