The Xtra Cars Ltd.. was a British manufacturer of cyclecars.
The company was founded in September 1921 in Chertsey, Surrey. In May 1922, the production of three-wheeled cyclecars began designed by Cuthbert Clarke. The brand name was Xtra. In May 1924, the Xtra Cars Ltd was. liquidated at the request of the holder and handled in July 1926.
The offer was initially only the monocarboxylic Xtra. This was a single-seater with a small single-cylinder engine.
In November 1922, the Xtra Sociable added to the range. This vehicle offered two seats side by side. At the election was also a larger and stronger engine next to the famous V2 - cylinder engine.
