Desloch
Desloch is a municipality in the district of Bad Kreuznach in Rhineland- Palatinate. It belongs to the municipality Meis home.
Geography
The street village is located three kilometers north-west of Meisenheim am Glan at the northern edge of the North Palatine hill country. To the south, Breitenheim, southwest Jeckenbach, in the north and northeast is Lauschied Raumbach.
History
Desloch was first documented in 1184. 1815-1866 it belonged to the upper office Meisenheim of Hesse- Homburg and came up with in 1866 to Prussia.

The local council in Desloch consists of eight council members, who were elected at the municipal election held on 7 June 2009 by majority vote, and the honorary mayor as chairman.
Coat of arms
The blazon of the coat of arms reads: " Split of black and gold on a mountain in three colors reversed in front of a black, rear a golden fünffstrahliger star. Top two facing lions, a five-pointed star in the center in colors reversed entertaining. Front of the Lion gold, rotbewehrt and crowned lion behind the red, blue, armored and crowned ".
The Red Lion is reminiscent of the former belonging to the game and Rhinegraves, the golden lion at the to Pfalz- Zweibrücken.
